Support individuals in their financial journey as a Money Management Caseworker with The Salvation Army in Saskatoon, SK. Develop essential money management skills through personalized and group interactions.
In this role, you will provide casework support to clients on the Budget Management Program. Your focus will be on fostering independence in money management. Collaborate one-on-one and facilitate workshops to enhance life and financial skills for the clients you serve.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one casework support to clients
• Conduct group workshops on money management topics
• Complete monthly spreadsheets to track client progress
• Develop and facilitate programs for client growth
• Ensure compliance with The Salvation Army's standards
Requirements:
• Two years of related experience preferred
• Post-secondary/college program completion
• Experience in social services or mental health settings
• Current First Aid/CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
Utilize your skills in casework and program facilitation to empower clients in their money management endeavors.
