Kwanlin Dün Pathways Program Coordinator

The Pathways Program seeks a Coordinator to support individuals in achieving their wellness through collaborative outreach, case management, and harm reduction. This position calls for someone experienced in group facilitation, interpersonal skills, and understanding complex care needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate program initiatives focused on community wellness

Requirements:

• Degree or relevant experience in Social Work or related fields

• Experience with complex care and Yukon First Nations

• Skilled in group facilitation and conflict resolution

• Knowledge of intergenerational impacts of Yukon education

• Valid driver’s license and First Aid certification
