As Outreach Support Worker, you will work full time at 40 hours per week. Your primary role will involve assisting participants with hiring, onboarding, and goal-setting while providing encouragement and guidance through personal barriers. You’ll also navigate community resources, certifications, and skill development to facilitate participant growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support participant hiring and onboarding processes
• Help identify personal goals and develop achievement strategies
• Provide coaching and accountability for overcoming barriers
• Connect participants with community resources and training
• Coordinate certifications and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in human or social services
• Knowledge of community resources and systemic barriers
• Familiarity with Harm Reduction principles
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
