Engage with youth at the Saskatoon Downtown Youth Centre EGADZ Inc. as a Casual Youth Worker, focusing on daily operations and providing essential support services.

The ideal candidate will facilitate a welcoming environment for youth at our Drop-in Centre, helping them access nutrition, clothing, and referrals. You will cultivate trust, engage in sports and cultural activities, and assist in making choices that enhance their quality of life. This role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations at the Drop-in Centre

• Build trusting relationships with youth and provide support

• Advocate for youth, offering referrals and services

• Organize and participate in sports and community activities

• Mentor and guide youth in making positive choices

Requirements:

• Demonstrated healthy lifestyle practices
