Crisis Residential Worker

Make a difference as a Crisis Residential Worker with The Salvation Army in Saskatoon.

As part of Crossroads Residential Services, you will play a vital role in nurturing a compassionate community. Reporting to the Residential Services Supervisor, you will provide essential support to residents, assist in case management, and ensure adherence to program policies. Your proactive approach will help create a stable environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct resident support during shifts

• Document activities and incidents carefully

• Create and implement solutions for resident challenges

• Collaborate with the Case Management team

• Uphold program guidelines with respect and dignity

Requirements:

• Completion of high school required

• At least one year in mental health settings

• Familiarity with crisis intervention practices

• Must be open to training opportunities

• Subject to criminal background check
