Youth Care Worker

We are a community-focused organization seeking three Youth Care Workers for casual, permanent positions. With at least one to two years of experience, you will provide essential care, hygiene support, and therapeutic interventions. Engage youth through activities that foster personal growth and cultural awareness, all within a safe and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal hygiene support and day-to-day care

• Develop engaging activities for youth empowerment

• Foster an inclusive atmosphere for all young people

• Collaborate on individualized care plans with professionals

• Act as a mentor, guiding youth through challenges

Requirements:

• Completed at least some post-secondary education

• 1-2 years of experience working with youth

• Understanding of Indigenous cultures and community issues

• Strong communication skills for effective interaction

• Valid First Aid/CPR Level C Certification
