In your role as a Money Management Caseworker, you will be pivotal in assisting individuals on the Budget Management Program. Your primary focus will be fostering financial independence and enhancing life skills. Through direct client interaction and group workshops, you will create an environment of learning and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer casework support tailored to client needs
• Facilitate group workshops covering essential financial topics
• Maintain comprehensive monthly tracking of client achievements
• Contribute to the development of impactful programs
• Uphold policies aligned with The Salvation Army's mission
Requirements:
• Two to three years of related experience preferred
• Completed post-secondary education (two years)
• Experience in social services or mental health settings
• Valid First Aid/CPR certification
• Driver's license and clean driving record
