Your role will demand collaboration with other staff and agencies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support youth through the My Homes Residential Program
• Create and maintain strong, trusting relationships
• Work collaboratively with staff and community partners
• Ensure confidentiality and appropriate boundaries
• Articulate concepts clearly in both speaking and writing
Requirements:
• Post-secondary qualification in human services or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of experience working with youth
• Clean class 5 driver's license required
• Criminal background check completed within 6 months
• CPR and ASIST training to be acquired within initial six months
