In this role, you will assist in running the Drop-in Centre and providing vital services, helping youth navigate their challenges. Your focus on building trust and organizing activities will facilitate a supportive community for local youth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily operations of the Drop-in Centre
• Build effective relationships with youth and staff
• Provide immediate services such as nutrition and referrals
• Organize cultural and recreational events
• Collaborate with partnering organizations for comprehensive youth support
Requirements:
• Completed Grade 12 or similar qualification
• 1-2 years of experience with youth
• Excellent communication skills in writing and speech
• Awareness of Indigenous cultural issues
• Clean driver’s license and background check
