Bethany Home Crisis Support Worker

Provide essential crisis support at Bethany Home as a Direct Support Worker for female youth. Your responsibilities include ensuring a safe environment and addressing their emotional and practical needs.

In this impactful role, you’ll support the mission of The Salvation Army by helping youth reintegrate into their communities. Your strong sense of integrity and confidentiality will build trust and safety. Effective communication and understanding of professional boundaries are critical to fostering a supportive atmosphere for vulnerable populations.

• Create a safe and secure residential environment

• Meet the emotional and physical needs of residents

• Assist youth in community reintegration efforts

• Recognize and respond to potential risks proactively

• Uphold professional ethics and confidentiality standards

Requirements:
