Position: Team Lead for Warming Center Services
Become a Team Lead at The Salvation Army's Warming Center, providing essential support in a vital role. Focus on client care and coordination amidst challenging circumstances.

This position centers on building relationships with residents and ensuring their safety. Your strong interpersonal skills and experience in crisis management will be integral to training and guiding direct support staff during shifts. Effective documentation and communication are key elements to maintain safety and client well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain safety and security of residents through supervision

• Document serious incidents and care reports

• Coordinate seamless shifts with other leads

• Assist with crisis intervention and conflict resolution

• Participate in team meetings and provide training support

Requirements:

• Over 1 year of relevant residential experience

• Preferred background in Mental Health and Addictions

• Completion of a 2-year social service program required

• CPR and Crisis Intervention certification preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
