As a Casual Direct Support Worker, you will play a vital part in caring for female youth at Bethany Home, ensuring their emotional, psychological, and physical needs are met. You'll deliver individualized support and actively manage crisis situations while fostering a safe and stable home for residents. Close collaboration with program coordinators and social services will be essential to achieve the desired outcomes for each youth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily support for residents in their care

• Document necessary logs and incident reports

• Coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders

• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and meal preparation

• Assist with crisis management and counseling sessions

Requirements:

• Completed college program in relevant field

• Over one year of related experience required

• First Aid/CPR and Clean Driver's Abstract

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
