As part of the Therapeutic Housing Program, your responsibilities include delivering therapeutic support, fostering trusting relationships, and managing daily activities to ensure the youth's safety. Collaboration with staff and local partners will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide essential therapeutic support to youth
• Coordinate activities while ensuring a safe environment
• Maintain strict confidentiality and appropriate boundaries
• Collaborate with others to address youth's mental health
• Help youth set and acquire important life goals
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in human services preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Good communication skills in both oral and written forms
• Awareness of Indigenous culture and community issues
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and recent criminal check
