As a vital part of BRSI, you will coordinate programs that support individuals with both intellectual and physical disabilities. Candidates should bring a comprehensive understanding of behavioral principles and the ability to design and supervise relevant programming. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are essential to engage effectively with both clients and staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee individualized behavioral programs
• Implement ethical practices in behavioral interventions
• Supervise assessments and train support staff
• Foster communication between clients and service providers
• Lead program evaluations and improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related field preferred
• Deep knowledge of behavior and learning principles
• Current Driver's License and CPR & First Aid certification
• Experience in health care is an asset
• Criminal record check with vulnerable sector necessary
