In this Social Worker role, you will develop personalized service plans and provide essential counseling to clients struggling with personal, social, or economic issues. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess clients and develop individualized service plans
• Offer counseling to clients in need of support
• Link clients to community resources and services
• Advocate for client rights in social service systems
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records
Requirements:
• BSW or MSW from an accredited institution required
• Previous social work experience is a plus
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of community resources beneficial
• Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams
