Join the Saskatoon Downtown Youth Centre EGADZ Inc. as a Casual Youth Worker, engaging with youth and managing essential operations at our Drop-in Centre.

You'll play a crucial role in providing immediate services such as clothing, nutrition, and referrals for youths in need. This role emphasizes building relationships, advocating for youth, and facilitating community-based activities. Successful candidates will demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both youth and staff in a respectful manner while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily Drop-in Centre operations for youth

• Advocate for services and referrals to meet youth needs

• Develop trusting relationships to support youth engagement

• Participate in sports and cultural programs in the community

• Promote positive choices and healthy lifestyles
