Advance children's health services in North Battleford as a Jordans Principle Service Coordinator for Battle River Treaty 6 Health Centre Inc. This permanent role is essential for families needing support.

As a key player, you'll coordinate essential health and social services for children with disabilities or complex medical requirements. Engage with First Nations communities and partner organizations to advocate against service denials or delays. Your contributions will greatly improve the lives of many families facing challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate access to medical and social services for children

• Advocate for timely resolution of service disruptions

• Collaborate effectively with both communities and organizations

• Oversee the management of case conferencing

• Educate on health needs within First Nations context

Requirements:

• University degree related to human services

• Experience with First Nations populations

• Insight into health and social challenges in these communities

• Willingness to engage with First Nations traditions

• Strong background in case conferencing management
