Support children, youth, and adults with complex needs as a part time permanent Youth Care Worker at May House in Corman Park, Saskatchewan.
At Ranch Ehrlo Society, you will help create a safe, nurturing, and structured living environment. The position involves emotional and physical support, positive role modeling, activity planning, collaboration with clinical professionals, and life-skills teaching. You will also use behavior management and support strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide compassionate support within a safe, nurturing environment
- Develop and implement engaging activity plans
- Teach self-care, cooking, cleaning, and budgeting skills
- Resolve conflicts using behavior management strategies
- Complete accurate documentation and reports
- High school diploma
- At least one year supporting people with complex challenges
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of behavior management and crisis strategies
- Class five novice two or higher driver's license
