About the Role

A leading company in interactive entertainment is looking for a Software Engineer to help build large‑scale multiplayer mobile games using Unity 3D for both iOS and Android. This role focuses on solving complex technical challenges while delivering seamless and immersive gaming experiences to a global audience.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and implement gameplay features that are both engaging and intuitive.
  • Develop technical solutions to support high‑performance game mechanics.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product teams to refine the overall user experience.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and write unit tests to maintain code quality.
  • Contribute to cross‑functional teamwork, ensuring alignment across different disciplines.
  • Work on‑site three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
What You Bring
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
  • At least two years of experience in game development within a team setting.
  • Strong 3D game engine expertise, with proficiency in C# or C++.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment and handle technical challenges with minimal direction.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating across different teams and disciplines.
  • Advanced Japanese language skills are required.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience optimizing game performance for mobile or console platforms.
