Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of engineering professionals

Requirements:
• 8+ years in software engineering; 3+ in management
• Expertise in CI/CD in complex environments
• Familiarity with Golang and testing methodologies
• Proven leadership in mission-critical tooling development
• Adaptability in fast-changing technical environments
