Future Sight seeks a Founding Technical Leader & CPTO to revolutionize compliance solutions in wealth management through an explainable AI platform. Your strategic vision and engineering prowess will be key to our success.

In this co-founder role, you will have the autonomy to shape product and engineering decisions while building a culture of innovation. With a focus on reliability and explainability, you’ll oversee the development of a compliant AI solution for regulatory challenges in wealth management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish a strong engineering infrastructure and security practices

• Lead the development of early product features and market tests

• Ensure AI model reliability and explainability for regulators

• Serve as the technical voice to customers and the market

• Recruit and establish the founding engineering team

Requirements:

• Proven success with LLM-based systems in production

• Strong skills in developing secure, scalable SaaS solutions

• Background in compliance sectors like fintech or healthcare

• Previous experience in leadership roles within startups

• Familiarity with SEC and FINRA regulations in wealth management
