Key Responsibilities:- Write evaluation rubrics for autonomous agent behavior
- Debug traces from multi-turn agent interactions
- Stress-test agents across complex system workflows
- Provide clear technical feedback on system behavior
- At least two years in backend engineering, AI automation, or systems integration
- Build and maintain production-grade modular software
- Experience with live, non-mocked environments
- Handle multi-turn system interactions effectively
- Analyze privacy leaks, authority escalation, or prompt injections
