Seasonal Aquatic Supervisor

AQUATIC SUPERVISORS

The City of Martensville has openings for up to two seasonal Aquatic Supervisors.

Reporting to the Parks and Facilities Manager, this is an administrative and supervisory position responsible for the following for the aquatic facilities:

• Hiring of staff
• Activity scheduling
• Program development and implementation

• April 1 through September 7, 2026

• April: 15 - 20 hours per week (part-time; hybrid location)
• May - Sept.:
  Full-time, including evening and weekend work; on-site

As per Local CUPE Collective Agreement.

• Probationary Rate: $26.79 / hour;
  Non-Probationary Rate: $29.77 / hour
• Shift Differential: $2.00 / hour for all hours worked on:
  • Monday to Friday between 6:00 pm and 6:00 am
  • Saturday and Sunday all hours

• One (1) year previous supervisory experience and two (2) years aquatic experience is required.
• Applicants must be able to start full-time summer employment May 4, 2026, and be available for evening and weekend work.
• All applicants are subject to satisfactory Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector checks.
