Take on an important role as a Full-Time Regional Truck Driver with Q-Line Trucking, focusing on cross-border transportation of cargo efficiently and safely. Overnights are a regular part of this position.
As a Regional Driver, you will report to the Yard Manager and ensure the safe transport of goods while providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities include overseeing cargo loading, performing safety inspections, and maintaining up-to-date documentation. You will play a vital role in meeting delivery timelines and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Transport cargo in a safe and timely manner
• Lead the secure handling and loading processes
• Assist with truck loading and unloading
• Conduct inspections to comply with safety standards
• Maintain accurate records including logbooks and billings
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory
• Class 1A Driver’s License is essential
• Minimum of two years long-haul driving experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of safety compliance standards
• Ability to handle physical demands including weight lifting
