As an Operations Coordinator, you will facilitate daily schedules, communicate effectively between operations, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Your responsibilities also include managing equipment maintenance and assembling detailed scopes for work assignments. Key Responsibilities:
• Create daily schedules aligned with client service demands
• Oversee communication for dispatch and operations
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance of equipment
• Manage work order processes and monthly closures
• Prepare job sites under direction from management
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with fleet management and dispatching
• Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience with collective agreements welcomed
