As a member of the delivery team, you will operate a corporate vehicle to pick up and deliver mail as needed. Key responsibilities include loading and unloading postal vehicles, sorting mail, and performing vehicle safety checks. Your excellent communication skills will ensure effective interactions with customers and the public during deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load and unload mail safely to secure items
• Collect, sort, and deliver mail consistently
• Operate and maintain portable communications devices
• Conduct vehicle safety checks before dispatch
• Maintain accurate documentation and records
Requirements:
• Valid Class 3/D driver’s licence with air brake endorsement
• Minimum 3 years of safe driving experience
• Physical ability to lift up to 22.7 kg (50 lb)
• Availability for short notice work
