As the Airport Duty Manager, you will play a pivotal role overseeing day-to-day airport services in this full-time position. Reporting to the Airport Manager, you will engage in activities such as personnel training and facility management while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Your experience in aviation and leadership will be vital in coordinating and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct personnel providing airport services

• Ensure effective maintenance of airport facilities

• Collaborate on workforce management with HR

• Monitor and report on performance indicators

• Support inspections and audits for operational success

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent aviation experience

• Five years in airport operations with HR exposure

• Strong computer skills, especially in Office applications

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Clean Class 5 driver’s license required
