Position: Field-Based Machine Operator 1
Location: Warman

Be a part of Loram's operations as a Field-Based Machine Operator 1, responsible for running and maintaining railway equipment. This role requires technical proficiency and a focus on safety.

As a Field-Based Machine Operator 1, your duties will span equipment operation and maintenance, requiring both mechanical expertise and dedication to safety protocols. You'll need a minimum of 3 months of internal experience or 2 years of external technical experience, demonstrating your ability to adapt quickly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain various railway maintenance equipment

• Inspect machines, identifying and reporting any issues

• Conduct safety briefings and follow safety protocols

• Complete maintenance and repair tasks as per instruction

• Document all necessary reports and records daily

Requirements:

• 2+ years of applicable technical skills

• Heavy equipment operation experience essential

• Valid driver's license and other required certifications

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Ability to handle extensive travel in varying environments
