Position: Night Shift Supervisor at City

This position entails supervising shop staff and actively participating in Journeyperson duties as needed. As a Night Shift Supervisor, you will provide mentorship, oversee work tasks, and ensure safety regulations are upheld. This role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring equipment repairs and fleet maintenance are carried out efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign daily tasks and supervise shop employees

• Provide mentorship and support staff development

• Coordinate with stakeholders regarding repairs and status

• Oversee completion of maintenance inspections

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and practices

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education with Journeyperson designation

• Five years of related experience with three years in supervision

• Valid WHMIS certificate and Class 3A Driver’s License

• Current driver’s abstract demonstrating safe driving record

• Ability to maintain effective work relationships
