Join Scotlynn as After-Hours Support to assist drivers and the dispatch team during evening and night shifts at our Corporate Office in Vittoria, ON. Relish an organized role that prioritizes communication and teamwork.

This full-time, permanent position involves a two-week rotating schedule with Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts and 12-hour shifts on weekends. Key responsibilities include tracking trucks, delivering information, and monitoring requests. Ideal candidates will possess excellent organizational and communication skills while having some computer knowledge, though logistics experience is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist drivers during evenings and weekends

• Track trucks and relay information to teams

• Dispatch drivers for prompt pick-ups and deliveries

• Record details in Transportation Management System

• Verify driver schedules and meet customer needs

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and computer skills

• Excellent communication abilities
