Logistics Operations Lead at LifeLabs

Become a Logistics Operations Lead at Life Labs and support the delivery of high-quality logistics services. This role focuses on fostering operational excellence and ensuring compliance across logistics functions.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Fleet & Safety, this position provides essential support in logistics operations through ride-alongs, audits, and workforce planning. You will work closely with various teams to implement process enhancements and streamline operational activities while addressing compliance issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Observe and assist Logistics Couriers through ride-alongs

• Perform operational audits to ensure compliance

• Review routes and optimize for improved service

• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively

• Assist in workforce scheduling and staff planning

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• At least 3 years of courier operations experience

• Valid driver's license (Ontario, BC, or SK)

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly
