Become a vital part of PGW Auto Glass as a Delivery Driver, ensuring timely and safe deliveries to clients. This position requires an excellent driving record and physical endurance.
As a delivery driver for PGW Auto Glass, you will operate a company vehicle to distribute auto glass products efficiently. You’ll handle loading and unloading tasks while verifying product conditions and ensuring accurate delivery paperwork. Your ability to confirm orders and obtain signatures will be crucial, as will your responsibility for maintaining product safety and managing COD payments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate the delivery vehicle in a responsible manner
• Load products and ensure accuracy of deliveries
• Unload items and confirm with customers
• Make careful notations on product returns
• Collect payments as required during deliveries
Requirements:
• Must demonstrate an excellent driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs routinely and up to 75 lbs
• Strong knowledge of company policies
• Attention to detail is essential
• Prior experience in delivery is advantageous
