Take the wheel as a School Bus Driver with Sun West School Division, directly impacting student journeys in Kindersley, SK. This permanent role prioritizes safety and service.
As a candidate for the School Bus Driver position on Route 17, starting on or before September 8, 2026, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and orderly environment for passengers. You’ll conduct essential vehicle inspections and maintain effective communication with students, parents, and school personnel to address any concerns proactively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate the bus safely on designated routes
• Drop off and pick up students at assigned locations
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections diligently
• Enforce compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations
• Report any issues or delays immediately
Requirements:
• Valid driver's license with "S" endorsement
• Acceptable driving abstract spanning 10 years
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Experience in school transportation valued
• Strong interpersonal and decision-making abilities
