Operate local day runs for East Penn Canada in Saskatoon, delivering batteries and recovering used or defective products safely. Class 5 licensing and commercial driving experience are central to this customer-facing work.
East Penn Canada is seeking a Delivery/Recovery Driver for Saskatoon and surrounding customers. You will transport new products, collect batteries or scrap materials, and support customer satisfaction through timely, accurate deliveries. The position includes warehouse assistance during peak seasons or occasional workforce gaps.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver batteries and collect used or defective products
- Load and unload products, frequently lifting up to 50 pounds
- Complete delivery, shipping, and warehouse documentation accurately
- Perform pre-trip inspections on vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Secure cargo and maintain delivery vehicle security
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence in good standing
- Two or more years of commercial delivery driving experience
- Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds frequently
- Effective English reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Ability to follow WHMIS, TDG, and safety standards
