Looking for a role where you can stay organized, support a team, and stay hands‑on? Join Levitt‑Safety in Saskatoon as a Service Coordinator and play a key role in keeping our service operations running smoothly - both in the office and on the floor.

What you’ll do

Schedule and coordinate service calls to meet customer needs

Support technicians with tools, equipment, and job readiness

Manage work orders, purchase orders, and customer records

Process invoicing and maintain accurate documentation

Deliver a high level of customer service across all touchpoints

Assist with shipping and receiving of equipment and customer orders

Help unload deliveries and organize incoming stock

Pick, pack, and stage orders for service jobs and shipments

Support inventory counts and maintain warehouse organization and safety

What you bring

Experience in customer service, coordination, or administration

Exposure to warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory is an asset

Strong organization and multitasking skills

Comfortable working across systems in a fast-paced environment

Hands‑on, team‑first mindset - you’re willing to jump in where needed
