As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will support the Warehouse Supervisor in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Your role will include training new employees, managing inventory, and leading by example on the warehouse floor. A focus on continuous improvement and maintaining equipment will be essential as you foster a productive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead team members in safety compliance and training
* Operate forklifts for efficient material handling
* Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare orders
* Ensure equipment functionality and report defects
* Support continuous improvement initiatives in the warehouse### Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
* 2-5 years of warehouse experience in a supervisory role
* Certified forklift operator with good driving history
* Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office
* Ability to work flexibly, including overtime
