Narrow Reach Truck Order Picker
Overview
If you are an experienced Warehouse Associate skilled in shipping, receiving, and forklift operation, Randstad wants to meet with you. We are currently recruiting for a full-time, temporary-to-permanent Narrow Reach Truck Order Picker for an industrial company in North Saskatoon. This position offers an opportunity to expand your skills while working with a collaborative, culture-driven team. We are looking for a reliable professional with an impeccable attendance record and a safety-first mindset.
Strong communication skills and reading comprehension are required to manage warehouse paperwork efficiently.
Because the facility is situated north of Saskatoon, public transportation is not reliable for this location. Dependable personal transit is necessary.
Advantages- $22 - $24 per hour
- Full-time day shifts – Monday to Friday
- Paid weekly via direct deposit and 4% vacation pay added to each deposit

- Packing orders onto skids or into bundles with the help of team members and packing equipment
- Utilization of a narrow reach truck forklift (20% of the time)
- Able to lift 10 lbs – 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Shipping, receiving, cleaning and other assigned duties
- Using an RF scanner
- Demonstrates critical thinking
- Must have access to reliable transportation as the business is not on a bus route
- Certification of forklift operation is considered an asset (will be a 30-minute assessment on site)
- Valid forklift certification is not required but a previous certification is required
- Prior experience in shipping, receiving, and order picking
- Experience with an RF scanner is an asset
- Ability to adhere to all safety regulations
- Physically capable to lift 50 lbs repetitively
- Moderate computer skills and ability to accurately record information
- Team player with a positive attitude
- CSA-approved steel-toed safety shoes
