In this role, you will support the Shipping Manager by overseeing the night shift operations, managing warehouse personnel, and ensuring optimal product availability. Your focus will be on maintaining See's Candies' standard for accuracy and timely order fulfillment while upholding Good Manufacturing Practices. This position is key to the continued success and reputation of See’s Candies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee night shift order filling operations
• Manage receipt, storage, and distribution of products
• Supervise warehouse personnel and conduct performance management
• Plan and schedule product availability and manpower
• Monitor inventory across all warehouse locations
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of management experience in food manufacturing
• Excellent management and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in business preferred
• Experience with automated inventory control systems
• Bilingual in Spanish or Cantonese preferred
