Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is seeking reliable Warehouse Order Pickers for its Distribution Centre. In this role, you will fill, check, and pack orders using a pallet jack and headset system. Other responsibilities include maintaining safety procedures, performing repetitive physical tasks, and keeping the shipping area clean.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fill, check, and pack orders with a headset system

• Work in the freezer with provided PPE and premium pay

• Follow all safety procedures and requirements

• Perform housekeeping duties to ensure cleanliness

• Lift and handle items of up to 50 lbs.

Requirements:

• Comfortable with verbal communication using a headset

• Able to work in below zero temperatures

• Experience with heavy lifting regularly

• Willing to perform shift work, including weekends

• Commitment to collaboration and teamwork
