As the Warehouse Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing key areas within the White Cap operations. Your focus will be on training staff to achieve performance objectives, controlling expenses, and ensuring compliance with personnel and safety policies. This role requires you to survey the facility for repairs and actively manage safety programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train and supervise warehouse staff for peak performance
• Manage functional area efficiency and performance
• Control warehouse expenditures effectively
• Uphold compliance with personnel policies and safety regulations
• Open and close the distribution center as needed
Requirements:
• Preferred technical certification or associate degree
• Minimum 7 years of experience in warehouse management
• Skills in training and mentoring team members
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently
• Understanding of safety and asset protection protocols
