As a Parts Person at Brandt, you'll play a key role in aiding customers with locating necessary parts and processing orders effectively. This position supports warehouse operations and aligns with our commitment to customer satisfaction. Collaborating directly with the Parts Manager, you will ensure optimal inventory management and shipping processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload and store incoming parts and materials

• Locate and ship parts to customers and branches

• Assist branch service technicians as required

• Place inventory stock orders accurately

• Document shipping, receiving, and inventory details

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Previous experience in the parts industry preferred

• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

• Proficient in Excel and parts management software

• Able to meet physical demands in a warehouse setting
