Responsibilities
Support smooth day-to-day operations, manage shipments within the transport management system, ensure activities align with SOPs and QHSE standards, handle deviations, delays, and customer inquiries proactively, manage complaints, support invoicing processes, and contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, optimise capacity and improve cost efficiency.
Qualifications
At least two years of experience in road logistics or freight forwarding.
Strong operational mindset with a focus on execution and quality.
Customer-oriented, solution-driven, able to perform well under pressure.
Team player with strong communication skills.
Very good command of English; knowledge of French and/or German is an advantage.
