Certified Nursing Assistant; CNA) or Home Health Aide; HHA)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team of Veteran Care Providers at SYNERGY Home Care of Palm Bay. As a trusted partner in the healthcare industry, we are committed to delivering high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes. Our team is dedicated to helping individuals recover, thrive, and live life to the fullest.

As a CNA or HHA, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and assistance to our clients, many of whom are veterans. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing basic care and assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assisting with medication management and other treatments as directed by the client's healthcare team

• Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition to the healthcare team

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients

• Building strong relationships with clients and their families through empathy, compassion, and excellent communication skills
