VCI is seeking a Program/Financial Manager to support contract and financial operations. The Program/Financial Manager (CPFM) provides strategic oversight and integration of contract execution activities, financial analysis, and data visualization for the program. This role ensures contract deliverables are timely, complete, and high-quality, while proactively identifying and resolving performance issues.
Key Tasks:
Lead coordination of contract execution across SLD 45/PMD and SLD 45/CONS.
Provide training and oversight to rContractor personnel.
Manage scheduling and resource allocation to mitigate personnel turnover and coverage gaps.
Analyze financial transactions using WAWF, CFIS, and other approved systems.
Maintain accounting controls and recommend process improvements.
Develop and manage Power BI dashboards; troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues.
Prepare dashboards for monthly Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
Manage access permissions and configuration control for financial models.
Participate in TIMs, PIMs, MFTs, and Financial Management Meetings.
Maintain monthly logs of Government work requests and submit Monthly Status Reports (MSRs).
Support contract close-out activities and funding reconciliation.
Financial Analysis and Management:
Perform program financial analysis using systems such as Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), Comptroller Financial Information System (CFIS), and other Government-approved accounting platforms.
Apply accounting principles to analyze transactions, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain financial controls.
Recommend improvements and substantiate financial transactions.
Prepare financial documentation for monthly Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
Data Analytics and Reporting:
Maintain a current
Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate Certification.
Deploy and integrate Power BI within an O365 environment.
Use DAX for calculations and Power Query for data transformations.
Create and troubleshoot dashboards and reports, ensuring standardization and integrity of PMD financial models.
Manage visualization requests, system configuration, and user access permissions.
Required Expertise:
5–7 years of base-level management experience.
Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate Certification.
Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and O365 integration.
Knowledge of federal financial systems and accounting principles.
Active Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting federal acquisition programs in a space or defense environment.
Familiarity with OMB Circular A-11 and IT Dashboard reporting.
FAC-P/PM-IT Core-Plus Specialization (if supporting IT-related programs).
