As a Systems Administrator at Leidos, you'll immerse yourself in a mission‑critical, classified environment where your expertise will contribute directly to solving unique, evolving challenges. • Maintain and support servers, workstations, storage devices, and applications such as CAVOK, Clear‑Com, Minotaur, VMWare, Chat Surfer, and more.
• Troubleshoot application performance issues and manage end‑user devices, servers, and databases.
• Work with cutting‑edge technology, including Microsoft and RHEL servers, VMware, SIPRNet, and other classified networks.
• Resolve connectivity and outage issues under time constraints while installing and configuring new capabilities to operational environments.
• Apply logistics processes to ensure accountability for all IT equipment.

This fast‑paced role requires a self‑starter who can work independently or as part of a team, with opportunities to enhance systems in a 24/7 operation that includes shift work and travel.

• Current CompTIA Security+ certification (DoD 8570.01)
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience (or equivalent experience and certifications in lieu of a degree)
• Hands‑on expertise in Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019/2022, RHEL 8.0/9.0, and Microsoft products like Active Directory Suite
• Physical ability to lift 60 lbs.

• Military C5
  
  ISR experience or operational environment expertise
• Certifications such as RHCSA, VCP‑DCV, ITIL v4, or Windows Server Hybrid Administrator
• Experience with storage solutions, audio intercom systems, and production virtual environments
