• Greet customers and maintain a welcoming store environment
• Operate the cash register, process transactions, and make purchase suggestions
• Assist with the food program and other store tasks as needed
• Ensure consistent, on‑site attendance and punctuality
• Engage with customers daily, providing fast and friendly service
• Collaborate with the team to accomplish daily goals and maintain store standards

• Strong ability to sell products to customers
• Excellent customer care and communication skills
• Energetic, up‑to‑speed performance with a fun attitude
• Team player who can work toward daily goals
• Creative problem‑solving and quick decision making
• Retail and customer service experience (preferred)
• Cashiering or sales associate experience (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Motivation to advance your career and willingness to learn

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes during a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour during a shift
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, including eye‑hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing to store and retrieve materials or place/remove signs
