• Manage multiple complex benefit projects, translating business needs into project plans and tracking progress against goals
• Provide exceptional customer service while improving processes for partner support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the performance and efficiency of global programs

• BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience, plus 3-5 years of experience in a program and/or project management role
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Experience in employee benefits or discount program management
• Proven creative problem‑solving skills and ability to anticipate client needs
• Previous experience managing sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality
