• Manage and maintain contractual agreements, including contract review and modifications
• Validate eligibility analysis of files from pharmaceutical partners and implement necessary system changes
• Configure data import files and salesforce objects to enhance operational efficiency
• Prepare weekly progress reports and collaborate with management on project updates
• Identify and implement quality control measures for workflow and reporting needs

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, computer sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three to four years of experience in GPO Membership Operations, GPO Operations, or pharmacy contracting
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with a focus on data analytics
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing projects
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Recent experience with GPO Membership Operations and Intermediate Salesforce knowledge
• Enthusiasm for automation solutions and improving departmental efficiency
• Demonstrated ability to provide high-level support to business management
• Proven experience in facilitating change and managing implementation processes
