• Develop and maintain relationships within the retirement plan ecosystem to drive new business and retain existing assets
• Identify business opportunities and conduct detailed meetings on investment strategies through various mediums
• Collaborate with internal teams to uncover opportunities, drive sales, and enhance the firm’s business position
• Communicate the organization’s competitive advantages and effectively address client objections
• Utilize expertise in investment management solutions to foster productive relationships within the retirement plan industry

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the financial services industry, particularly in DCIO, retirement plan, or investment management sales
• Required Series 7 and 63 Securities licenses
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Willingness to travel regionally and nationally as needed

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, investment and third-party data, and Linked In
