What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop, update, and maintain dashboards for customer experience metrics such as NPS, CSAT, and churn
  • Serve as the primary coordinator for RFPs, RFIs, and proposals, ensuring timely completion
  • Analyze customer behavioral trends to support churn reduction strategies
  • Assist in project coordination and process development within the CX and Account Management teams
  • Compile and maintain an updated library of standard responses and product collateral for proposals
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, analytics, or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint or equivalents
  • Strong project management, organization, and communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, Zoom Info, or similar platforms
  • Tableau certification or willingness to complete certification within 6–12 months
